  In June 2017, I was promoted to head of Operations and Finance for Tablet Academy UK, which also included managing the company HR department. Roles and responsibilities include:- Creating and ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.- Building and maintaining relationships with partner organisations- Monitoring company compliance- Overseeing budgeting, generating profit & loss reports, managing cash-flow and establishing service price tariffs- Working with the Managing Director and CEO to plan for short and long-term goals- Supporting with recruiting and ongoing performance reviews and internal professional development.In February 2019, Tablet Academy registered an International Head Office in the Canary Islands. Upon incorporation of the new company, my responsibilities were extended to become Operations & Finance Manager for both the UK and the International Head Office.
