In mid 2012, Jet Flight Simulator Sydney was the franchises newest expansion. After having moved back to sydney I came onboard in Alexandria in a Management role as 'Chief Pilot' where I was responsible for Checking and Training Staff, managing the operation of the Simulator including basic maintenance, rostering, staff resource management as well as supplying feedback to senior management. Proceeded through the Ranks to Cadet Under Officer (CUO) - The highest rank to be achieved by a cadet. Held numerous squadron level management positions such as Assistant Chief Instructor. Chairman (& Previously, Deputy Chairman) of the 3 Wing Cadet Reference Group, oversaw the representation process of 2000 members to the senior management team of 3 Wing. Was responsible for the strategic direction of the group for the New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory areas of Australia and provided ongoing development of representation modules in place over a 2 year period. In the capacity of Chairman, was charged with the responsibility of providing a platform for members to give feedback & advice through a transparent and accountable medium. Show less
