Matt and I worked closely together on product development, tooling design, corrective actions, non-conformances, and continuous improvement projects. When Matt joined our team at Ace he jumped right in and quickly got up to speed. A strong design background coupled with his extensive SolidWorks and GD&T proficiency meant that his designs were accurate and efficient. He was always willing to share his knowledge, step in to problem solve, and support the shop floor in any way possible. Friendly, outgoing, and cool under pressure Matt is a natural leader and fantastic to work with. I highly recommend Matt and am confident that he will be an amazing addition to any company.
