  • Through a partnership between Indiana University’s and CBS, I obtained a position as a runner for the CBS production of Super Bowl LIII• Production Assistant for a nighttime drone shoot of the Lombardi Trophy inside of the stadium• Drove CBS executives, talent, equipment, and the Lombardi Trophy throughout the compound• Night shift runner for edit stations, delivered hard drives from editors to producers, and helped with equipment moves

• Summer Intern

  Thumbwar supplies large events, Super Bowl, US Open, Oscars, Masters back end production equipment and solutions.US Open Golf and Tennis - Learned the operations in setting up a big event sports broadcast• Gear preparation and deployment: Organized equipment at the Thumbwar office to deploy at these sporting events compounds. Deployed gear inside of both compounds. Navigated dozens of other companies and hundreds of people to deploy gear in the correct location. Ran cables (fiber, power) around the compound. • Daily gear checks: Checked all deployed systems each morning to make sure that everything worked and diagnosed and provided solutions for any system failures.• IP Director Management: Used the IP Director system each morning to set record times for different golfers and tennis players. Organized the recordings into blocks and labeled each with precision.• Equipment Break Down: Broke down each deployed system to prepare it for loading and transportation back to Thumbwar. This included, coiling cables, preparing computers, monitors, servers and switches for shutdown. Ensured that Thumbwar’s gear remained secure and was returned safelyThumbwar Office experience included: • General warehouse organization: Optimized organization for equipment in a small space • Gear preparation and packing: Prepared 300+ item orders to be sent out to events. Process included gathering and checking equipment, loading cases and organizing cases onto pallets. • Gear unloading and checking: Unloaded and checked in equipment that was sent out to an event. Process included making sure every piece of gear was functioning, then checked each piece back into the system and organized the equipment into the warehouse.• Equipment maintenance: Maintained, updated, and upgraded servers, switches, and computers. Labeled cables, equipment and cases to prepare for shipping
