In shop operations I was responsible for recommending and selling repair work, estimating job costs/pricing, general customer service and book keeping and creating and maintaining an orderly job schedule for the owner. As a mechanic I performed repair work ranging from basic oil changes to more advanced computer diagnostic issues and many other types of work in between.
