Matt first came to my attention with his excellent copywriting and proof reading skills. His work enhancing the copy text and product details was first class and I soon realised Matt had far more to offer. We introduced him to the National Account support team where he provided superb backing and helped continue the success of the department. At the same time we increased his responsibility by giving Matt his first exposure to account management. I’m pleased to say Matt adapted extremely well and within 18 months he secured an Area Sales field based role within the business. Over the years I have worked with Matt his drive, determination and attention to detail have impressed me. It’ll be interesting to see which direction Matt chooses but whatever it is, I’m sure he’ll be a great success and a strong addition to any business and team.
