I have worked with Matt for the past 5 years at Hanger, Inc. The last year he was my direct report during a very difficult and time sensitive project. Matt was given a high level leadership role and responsibility for a financially risky undertaking. He became a supervisor/leader to staff that were his peers and had to manage a large client group. Matt exceeded expectations in every area related to this project. His dedication, diligence, customer service and leadership were exceptional at all times. I would highly recommend Matt for any account management or leadership role.

I have had the good fortune to have Matt report directly to me as an Implementation Manager. He was responsible for implementing our program for off the shelf DME products utilizing an automated cabinet within a hospital setting. This position requires someone that is a self-starter and an extreme amount of autonomy is enjoyed by this position. Any task that was assigned to Matt was completed in a professional manner. Matt was often asked to coordinate with Hospital IT for cabinet interface connectivity; work with Hospital staff on product selection, and training of end users. He is skilled in building consensus for a working solution. He is also comfortable conducting technical training and presenting to all levels of staffing in hospitals. Matt has gone on to manage our staff of Account managers and has continued to grow professionally. He is a valuable asset and I would recommend him as a top performer to any organization.
