Extremely hard working is what comes to mind when I think about Matt. He is a highly intelligent and motivated individual with a record of juggling multiple projects and delivering results for his organisation and its customers. While reporting to me, Matt continued to do all of this while completing an MBA. Any employer would be lucky to have Matt, and as a leader, I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again.

I was lucky enough to meet Matthew through the University of Auckland MBA during which time he consulted to the Hunter Campbell business. Matthew is a high energy, passionate and driven consultant who quickly got his head around the recruitment industry and our business. Matthews role was to lead the client relationship, a role in which he excelled. His communication style was direct, timely and thorough. Along with two other consultants Mathew conducted a deep dive analysis on the business, and was able to make some very detailed and accurate recommendations. A high percentage of these recommendations will be implemented into the Hunter Campbell business and undoubtedly have a large impact.
