  Estimated and managed commercial drywall construction. • Managed Boyd County High School Project. A $2.2 million project. Includes handling RFI’s, CO’s, production rates, payments, coordination, and other project issues. • Taken 43 jobs from estimate all the way to completion and final payment. Project costs run from $500-$500,000. Responsibilities include estimate, buy-out, change orders, labor management, design issues, sub-contractor and supplier management, problem solving, job meetings, material handling, specialty items, assisting in owner issues, closeout, • Given responsibility to close out our gym equipment line. This consisted of closing out current jobs, and sub contracting out future jobs that were awarded to us. • Estimating 3 or more jobs per week.
