Doyle Foundation ($100,000 annually) and The Foster Family Foundation ($75,000 annually).As a Youth Supervisor I guided our youth residents through their day, including cooking meals, chores, redirection, medication administration and being a positive example of how to positively respond in all situations. I was also responsible for mentoring and training our Field Worker staff in how to maintain a safe and fun environment conducive to the Shelter's Mission. I was also responsible for completing intake and discharge paperwork and documenting and summarizing resident activity for each shift.As an Interpreter I interpreted between Spanish and English for family counseling sessions with a Therapist.As a Development Assistant I proofread grants, researched donor frequency and strategized our development plan.As Recreation Leader I lead recreation activities with our youth residents including on-site activities and off-site outings to baseball games, plays and musicals.
