For over 4 years I have had the pleasure of working on the same team as Matt Piatek. What stands out to me most is his versatility. I have turned to him countless times to explain something technical and he is able to take a very complicated subject matter and break it down to me, a non-engineer. He can transition from the production floor to high-level meetings with customers with ease. He communication skills are impressive and he can tailor his message to any audience whether engineers or entry-level employees. He has taken on countless roles and responsibilities and his drive and dedication are impressive. I know my job would have been far more stressful if I did not have Matt to turn to.
