"Do the right thing!!!" A few years back, Matt was about to make a sales call on me. Before it started, I looked out in the parking lot and one of our employees got stuck in the ditch. Without hesitation, Matt got out of his car, and pushed the guy out of the ditch like superman. Matt had never met this kid before or ever again. The kid waved and Matt waved back and he was off. Matt came into my office and never mentioned a word. I said thank you at the end of our meeting for helping that kid out.....oh, and Matt was wearing dress shoes and a dress coat and had no gloves or hat on. True everyday hero.
