There is no technical challenge that Matt can’t tackle. I had the pleasure of working with Matt for 7 years, both reporting to him as a manager and later working alongside him from a different team. During my time at Revera I had the privilege of working together with Matt as members of the IT Leadership team. As a leader Matt brought a positive attitude to his approach when dealing with opportunities, challenges, and when interacting with employees and our customers. As a leader of people I witnessed Matt providing guidance, mentorship, and direction to his employees. These actions allowed Matt to build a strong and dedicated team of analysts who respected him and always pulled together to deliver the results asked of them.
