Matt and I worked together at Figtree for just under 3 years, when he was a Design Director and myself as a Creative Director. In short, he's absolutely brilliant. A combination of being a highly creative talent, having deep strategic understanding, and being a truly empathetic leader and people person mark Matt out. He was trusted and liked by clients and teams. Matt is refreshingly straightforward and has a great ability to translate complex problems into simple and beautiful ideas. Since working together Matt has gone on to be a Creative Director and gained a wide understanding of the day to day business of running an international studio. I would have no hesitation recommending him for the most senior creative role in any company.

However, It was during our time together at Heavenly that I really seen him flourish into the outstanding talent he is today.
