Matt's leadership goes beyond expectations. With his strategic planning, he helped turn around an organization that was in the red into an organization that's in the plus with reserves for emergencies. He dives into his work with dedication and does an amazing job building people up around him. It was a pleasure having a chance to work with him. I have no doubt that he will prosper in any leadership position he pursues.

Matt is a unique human being who cares so much for children all around the world. Knowing Matt as a friend I have seen him at work and his work through Kids Alive International knows no bounds. Children are being saved from the streets from all over the world and given a safe place to live, food and an education. Children gets sponsored and that money goes to the children's food and education. They get a life and Matt over see's that the child whoever he/she may be gets an opportunity to have a life. Matts work is vital and he is the very best person that I know with such qualities that accomplishes so much in the saving of children. It is a real privilege to know hi
