Solution design lead for a successful Department for Education contract bid. A demanding time-frame drove an intensive 5 week period of sharing knowledge with the bid writing team to ultimately help move this American owned business into a growing UK market. Camden Council (2017) - Established Prince 2 programme management methodology for the development of the Camden Plan and Mid Term Financial Strategy (MTFS). Very much a hybrid programme/ PMO role work included writing PIDs and creating a high-level plan as well as engaging with those tasked with progressing key activities. Sanctuary Housing Association (SHA) - (2013-14). Performed a number of roles to assist SHA transition their SAP ERP programme from Stage 2 (Discovery) through Stage 3 (Design) and into Stage 4 (Build).
