This not only significantly reduces re-work and first pass yield failures within the development and data processing departments but allows me to up-sale and add features that increase revenue. • In charge of low-level design of projects varying in size and complexity from SaaS Cube reporting solutions to a closed loop web-based marketing data-mart with campaign management, real-time response tracking, and back-end offer fulfillment. • Responsible for authoring and reviewing proposals, SOWs, and BRDs. With my expertise and knowledge infused into these documents they help to communicate the requirements and scope of the job clearly to the client and the development team. • Oversee the development and execution of test cases for all new design projects. These use cases eliminate bugs, help re-define requirements when needed, and aid in developing training materials. • Set internal and external expectations by effective project management and accurately communicating resource needs, milestones, and deadlines to all parties involved.
