Lorraine E. Kovac
Matthew was my contact in IT during a particular project and managed an issue for me from start to finish in what was a difficult and complex task. He did this with utmost sensitivity and aplomb, remained compliant at all times as you would expect and had great time management skills, helping me by working round my diary . Not only did he go above and beyond both during this issue by following up a number of times over the next few weeks, and after, but he was also a pleasure to contact as he was helpful, courteous, intuitive and had great inter-personal skills, not to mention that he really knows his craft!

The next day when the issue had not been resolved I spoke to a fourth person, who again promised me a call back (this time within ten minutes), which never materialised. I therefore emailed Matt who followed straight up with me, and contacted the person at Computacenter to find out what the issue was and help me resolve it.’
