I got to know Matt when he joined Genzyme in 2014. Right away he was a great fit for the team. Matt was excited to expand his knowledge base and really took ownership of his work. He was always available and very helpful. One of Matt’s main characteristics was that he was a fast-learner and this showed in his ability to work independently fairly soon. I always appreciated the effort he went to organize team get-togethers and help onboard new hires. I wish Matt all the best in his future endeavors and I am sure he will make a great contribution to any group he joins.
