Day to day subcontractor management in the ground up construction of commercial projects. I've worked at pre development of projects all the way through turnover to the owner. I started as an engineer for Sundt, which included all submittals, RFI's, Lead documentation, Warranties, Closeout. I now hold the position of field superintendent, My duties include day to day management of my subcontractors, safety, quality, inspections, schedule, problem solving, relations with all engineers and owners.
