I am thrilled to be working at Equilibrium, a company that has truly helped pave the way for the mass timber movement in North America. I am currently working on the structural design of major mass timber projects across the US. In my time at Katerra I worked on developing building platforms, led the structural design of buildings, assisted in the development of Katerra's CLT literature and tools, established department processes and best practices, built a team, maintained relationships with academic partners for our research in mass timber, and more. While Katerra was not a success, I consider going there to be one of the best decisions I ever made as it opened the door wide into the mass timber world for me and led me to Equilibrium.
