From 2003 to 2008 Matt led the planning, financing and structuring of senior living projects, coordinated and directed development and construction activities, and coordinated pre-opening and fill-up operational activities. Matt has had overall responsibility for senior living projects with project budgets ranging from approximately $10 million to $240 million. Matt has overseen the acquisition, planning and development of over 40 senor living projects in 14 states with total debt exceeding $650 million.
