Matt is a great person to work with. He was very considerate and professional throughout my 10 years of working with him at the bank. With his full knowledge of programming and developing skills, he was able to solve Active Directory (AD) security related issue by bridging AD and a third party application. He was also able to integrate code into an enterprise monitoring tool which saved tens of hours of manual work. With his professional attributes and with his program developing expertise, I would recommend him for any program or developing engineering job.

As a DBA, it can be difficult to find a developer who is in sync with the backend thought process. Working with Matt has been extremely easy due to his experience in code writing and the ability to "think outside of the box".
