In the course of working with one of our clients, (Covid Clinic) during the pandemic, I had the pleasure of working directly with one of Covid Clinic's key executives, Matt LeDuc. Covid clinic grew to be the 3rd fastest growing company in the world during this time. As with any fast-growing company, Matt had to wear many hats in our dealings with each other. We were his go-to 3rd party partner for B2B marketing and sales. In working with Matt, I discovered he is strategic in his thought process as he worked the planning process in order to build out a successful B2B go-to marketing and sales team at his company. As part of the go-to-market plan, Matt was key in supporting the development of the overall RFP marketing channel for Covid Clinic where they had none previously. He and I worked closely together on weekly basis to develop the strategy, planning, and goal setting for this channel. Together under his leadership, guidance, and planning, we were able to average 4 RFPs submitted per month. Not only was he instrumental in this process but Covid Clinic was so successful they landed an entire state RFP award. Under pressure is where people usually crack but Matt was always calm in his interactions and always with a smiling demeanor. I am happy our paths have crossed and feel honored to have worked with Matt in this capacity.
