Halifax City is an amateur soccer club that houses grassroots, competitive and recreational programs. I created a 3 year Technical Plan focusing on Club identity - developing an ethos and a playing philosophy, coach development - making sure each coach is appropriately qualified for the level they are coaching at, and ultimately growing the game within Halifax.
