I have had the opportunity and pleasure to work with Matt for the past 10 years. He was fantastic to work with as he is a forward thinking regional manager with great experience and knowledge of our business. He is detail oriented, results driven and is capable to adapting to new working environments. Matt is a take charge person who leads by example while cultivating a collaborative team feel. He was open to discussions and hearing his team’s thoughts and ideas. He demonstrated a strong work ethic and was always available when needed. He has exceptional experience in coaching and mentoring and was willing to invest time, effort and support into his team.
