  - Manage a team of 3x production schedulers and 1x MRP Coordinator who in SAP & APO control the short-term production plans, distribution of finished goods and flow of all materials through all production sites nationwide.- Built Supply Planning team from scratch. When I took over the role we had only 1 of 4 positions in my team filled. In the first 6 months I learnt all of the roles, hired 3 new staff and trained each of them in their individual roles.- Managed supply planning of more than 220 SKUs across 4 production sites and 11 production lines.- Managed development of short to long-term strategic plans impacting engineering, production, and logistics.- Manage year-end inventory levels to maximise OPC flow.- Identify and lead network optimisation projects which aim to localise production, reduce logistics costs, increase batch capacity and reduce cost/HL.- Supply Chain lead in NPI project meetings - executing more than 60 NPDs in two years across all 4 production sites maintaining close to 100% OTIF.- Provided supply review data, formed strategic plan recommendations, and presented in both Supply Review and Management S&OP meetings.- Supply lead for S&OP fit project – moving from APO planning and scheduling tool to Heineken FuturMaster.   - Executed short and long-term production plans and flow of materials through brewing and filtering at the Waitemata production site.- Optimised specific wort type brew sizes to maximise utilisation of allocated batch tanks – increasing 3 major brands yields by >21% per 3-week cycle.- Automated 3 weekly/daily tasks reducing time spent from a collective 5 hours per week to 2 clicks per task.- Automated bright beer tank release – System release when taste/test results are signed off, reducing production line stoppages and operator time spent.
