Matt is passionate about creating fabulous products while not losing focus of the business needs. He is always looking at better ways to deliver those products, so he developed the ISO9001 quality processes for the industrial design team. That lead to improvements in the design and production outcomes. Matt is proactive in creating new product concepts which were not even on the product roadmap. I look forward to seeing how he evolves in the coming years.
