Matt is an excellent website developer and digital strategist. Whilst Matt's priority was looking after the website, Matt took an interest in; and provided invaluable advice around everything digital. He is an excellent teacher, and has the invaluable ability of being able to explain complex processes and statistics to a level that can be understood by a range of stakeholders. Matt was an exceptional team player who could motivate and encourage the team when needed and also help to look for solutions when others needed extra help for their own projects.
