I had the privilege and satisfaction of working with Matt Fuxan as his foodservice department's designer and consultant in 2012-13. Matt was consistently smart and creative in helping us make and work through our project plans. He always brought a clear-headed positive attitude to our work, managed his staff effectively, got things done and made things happen on time. He was an exceedingly impressive person to partner with and I enjoyed our work collaborations very much. It was a supreme and genuine pleasure to work with him and I'll look forward to any future opportunities to work with him.
