Matt worked for me as CRM manager, developing our growing Pivotal deployment, and fixing number of issues from previous developments gone wrong. Matt was very well versed in both the technical and business needs for developing CRM systems, and helped move the systems dramatically forward in sporting the sales force. Matt was an outstanding team member here. He worked on varying projects and developed an invaluable piece of MS Office integration using c# and web services to leverage some ootb add-ins and created a tool still used in day-to-day work at i2, integrating Outlook with the CRM seamlessly. During his time at i2, Matt showed exceptional creative ability, creating the invaluable Outlook integration software, in addition to his work on the Pivotal CRM where he was an able and knowledgeable database developer. His knowledge of business processes was aided by his experience in developing reports and database modules to make him a very efficient developer who achieved excellent levels of customer satisfaction. His admin and programming skills were excellent and I enjoyed working with him for 3 years.
