Heather Neufeld

I'd had the pleasure of working with Matt at 305 Fitness for the past 4.5 years. Matt and I ran our Midtown location together and he was both an incredible support and so fun to work alongside. Matt is extremely intelligent, a fast learner and executor, able to multitask, great at customer services and sales, easy going and adaptable, open to feedback and growth, and a fantastic team player. More recently at 305, Matt took on a more senior leadership role launching our on-demand digital platform 305 At Home. Matt taught himself a lot of new skills to support the launch and growth of the platform. He is tenacious at figuring out what he doesn't know. Matt is also an incredible DJ... he wears so many hats!! Anyone who has the pleasure of working with Matt will be so lucky and he would be an awesome asset to any team!
