Matt has been a good friend and classmate of mine that I have admired a lot. We have been students together for almost 2 years at LaGuardia and now at City Tech. In knowing Matt, he is a natural-born leader who is willing to stand up to any challenge, who is able to plan things out well, and can motivate those around him. His ability to time manage and help others are some of his greatest strengths. First hand, I have seen him go above and beyond, despite having a lot going on in front of him, he is someone you can count on.

I've had the pleasure of knowing Matthew for the past 15 years, and over this time our relationship has developed academically, professionally, and personally as my close friend. We've worked together on scholastic projects, robotics teams, and through experiences in our lives. From all this, I have come to the understanding that Matthew possess three paramount traits. Analytical is the first word that I've found captures Matthew's tactical approach towards tasks, both new and existing. He delivers his input on decisions with both calculation and steadfastness. When asked to lend assistance, Matthew gives full thought on all the value he can give, and then he delivers on it. Diligent is the second word that I see encapsulates Matthew's attentiveness. Specifically when working together on the robotics team, I've seen Matthew put care into the project, and give full consideration that all objective requirements as well as safety and technical measures have been met and exceeded. Perseverant is the third word that ties both the previous two together. After thinking analytically on an undertaking and doing all diligence as to the assignment's requisites, Matthew displays an incredible ability to follow through. Give Matthew a mission, and he will see it through with eagerness and efficiency. In addition to all these uppermost qualities, Matthew has always been there to support me as a friend. You'll find with Matthew comes understanding, honestly, and loyalty. I'm thankful to have had the support of Matthew, and I know that on any team where he finds himself, he can be counted on to deliver the highest quality of contributions.
