  Provide a weekly trivia game for local bars and restaurants in Lexington and surrounding counties. This has become an immensely popular activity in central KY with Trivia Night being one of the most profitable nights of the week for each participating establishment. Host Responsibilities include emceeing each event, asking trivia questions, providing music, and creating an overall fun atmosphere for patrons.  Representation of the brand and company via various local TV and radio platforms.My success with Local Trivia Action has led to host inquiries for other types of events at many local establishments; I have developed a following of customers who strictly attend my events, with my shows consistently bringing in 125-200 people per event, quadrupling the company average of 20-30 attendees.

  Dad’s Favorite’s is a cheese manufacturing company that branched into the delicatessen business in 2010. We have since grown into the most popular local treasure Lexington has to offer. Our artisan cheese spreads and homemade specialty dishes have won countless awards in the state of Kentucky and surrounding areas. General Manager Responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of 2 deli locations including food preparation, customer service, promotions, social media, staffing, full staff training, and supply management.  Assist in the production and distribution of several varieties of cheese spreads which are sold at numerous retail grocery store chains throughout KY, TN and southern OH.Since taking over the deli management responsibilities in 2017, our establishment has become a staple of local culture in Lexington. YELP has recently named Dad’s Favorite’s as the #27 place to eat in the U.S. for 2019, #1 in Kentucky.
