Matt brings all of those to the table and more. He simply makes those around him better. Never afraid to tackle tough jobs or get his hands dirty. As comfortable in high level meetings with clients or on event site. He's a disciplined strategic thinker across the integrated marketing landscape. Matt also is a great culture guy. A great addition to any team or environment. He makes work fun and helps elevate all those around him. I benefited far more from working with Matt than perhaps he did with me. By far Matt was one of the best managers I ever had. I had the pleasure of working with him on the Verizon Telecom account. He was always available for anyone who needed him. I was impressed with his ability to lead his staff to much success while impressing the client every step of the way. The NY market is a challenge in itself and Verizon is a demanding client but Matt seemed to navigate both with ease. Matt was a pleasure to work with and anyone would be lucky to have him as their manager.
