  I am a Building Surveyor working for a small independent firm of Chartered Building Surveyors based in Reading. We serve clients throughout London and the South of England including Bristol, Oxford, Newbury, Southampton and Windsor. After gaining over seven year's experience within my job, I have now completed studying for a Building Surveying MSc; my aim is to then become chartered via the APC route. I have gained valuable experience in architectural matters including extensions, new builds, refurbishments and conversions while also dealing with various property related inspections including schedule of conditions, dilapidations, condition surveys and building surveys.
