In this position I have been designing and developing a product to treat Obstructive Sleep Apnea.This has involved prototyping through a variety of techniques including Casting, 3D Printing, LaserCutting, Injection Moulding (including the tool design and machining). In the time that I have spenthere, the product has moved through iterations that have needed to be tested and verifiedthrough both laboratory methods and patient trials. This has included Instron testing, flow testing,CT Scanning and other metrology and functional testing methods. Along with this has come thecorresponding documentation and statistical analysis of results. More recently I have taken onsome Project Management responsibilities including management of the timeline andrequirements of the project. Through this project I have become proficient with CAD (CREOParametric) through the design of complex and tight spec parts. I am also proficient in AutodeskPowermill, the full Microsoft Office Suite (with an ability to use VBA in Excel and have completed astatistics course for Minitab. Show less
