I worked with Matt on a strategic project for Dywidag. I found Matt to be enthusiastic, diligent and always looking for ways to improve on existing design standards. Worked closely with Matt in one of my group projects. The module was Aerospace system Design which consisted of designing and building a fixed-wing aircraft from the ground up. Joined the WMG graduate scheme programme as a graduate engineer. The first year consisted of project rotation based on different teams in the energy innovation department. This included battery systems and energy applications. The second year is solely focused on a specialist project within the relevant area/team of WMG. Managed a research and development project reporting to overseas stakeholders and teams in the UK. Additionally, refining and modifying in-house product designs, and improving design functionality. • Redesigned a monitoring load cell and validated it with SolidWorks software.
