  I was part of a 5 member team that managed approx. 150,000 sq. ft . I was directly responsible for four departments, and was responsible for the building's operations and sales as Manager On Duty.   I managed a 30,000 square foot solid surface casting and manufacturing facility with approx. 26 full time production workers. I managed all facets of production, staffing, training, safety, compliance, quality control of raw ingredients, quality control of product, packaging, shipping, receiving, inventory, maintenance, preventative maintenance, research and development, designed new products, designed new production procedures, and provided technical support. I also managed a good portion of sales. I maintained relations, made cold calls, gave presentations, worked with architects, hosted lunch and learns, provided quotes, provided customer and contractor training on and off site, wrote installation manuals, gave facility tours of all three plants, and often represented the companies owner and VP's to vendors and customers when they were unavailable.
