Schedules and dispatches multiple field technicians to customer sites and provide continual follow-up to ensure job completion in accordance with customer. • Assisted project manager for a high-end clothing retailer which included many internal/external teams from procurement, engineering, stage/configuration, shipping, IT deployment, next day maintenance services and managed services. Scope consisted of low voltage cabling, Meraki network equipment installation, Point of Sale, security cameras, Audio, test/turnup, back office PC/printer, and circuit testing. Managed up to 10 vendors and successfully opened 50 new stores in a 5 month time frame. Project success led to contract extension to open 100+ stores nationwide per year. Revenue was in excess of $8 million and delivered entire project at 17% over the projected gross profit. • Successfully coordinated 500+ location digital signage project for the world’s largest chain of fast food restaurants. Installation required two resources, drilling and mounting of five TV brackets, running and terminating Cat5 cables, mounting menu boards, installing media players and completing test and turn-up.
