These are purchases with big elements of product development and independently seeking and maintaining supplier contacts. Parallel to this I started to build the company’s system to steer stock volumes through optimisation of purchases depending on forecasts and stock targets. During 1999 my responsibilities were expanded into production planning with full responsibility for planning the Höganäs Keramik factory with four production lines and 600 item numbers.
