SFL delivers innovative supply chain solutions to the forest products industry, mainly focusing on railway deliveries. SFL operates an international logistic system called Rail17 and i responsible for 25% of all Swedish exports by rail. Turnover 1000 million SEK/year. The initial assignment was to turnaround a company with performance and financial problems. A new strategy and new organization was introduced. Expensive supplier contracts re-negotiated.
