During my secondment at Trelic Oy, I am receiving training on reliability testing methods and equipment. The plan is to perform wide variety of tests such as 85-85 harsh environment tests and bending tests,... for flexible switching circuit based on TFT and Tunnel diode. During this secondment, I had a great opportunity to receive training on fabrication of reversible and irreversible electrochromic displays. I also successfully integrated fabricated ECDs with previously fabricated TFTs where TFTs were acting as switch. Next plan was to improve the current flow and reduce the leakage current by optimizing the atomic layer deposited dielectric layer.
