  Equality Project in Finnish Biathlon The goal of the project was to increase the participation of women in biathlon, to improve equal opportunities to practice the sport and to augment regional equality by developing training conditions. My responsibility was to work as the Operational Manager of the project together with the experts in the field. Anti-Doping Program and Anti-Manipulation Program of Finnish Biathlon Association I made the Anti-Manipulation Program and updated the Anti-Doping Program according to Finnish Center for Integrity in Sports (FINCIS) and World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) 2021 criteria.
