Technical: Provides technical advice, reports, and other outputs for FCDO, USAID, and DFAT programmes and consultancies. Programme management: As Abt’s Programme Manager on the £100M UK flagship programme, Accelerating the Sustainable Control and Elimination of Neglected Tropical Diseases (Ascend), coordinated Abt’s technical assistance (£5M) in health systems strengthening (HSS) and governance in Africa and South Asia. This included overseeing PEA in 11 countries and co-delivering a six-week remote training course on organisational capacity development for 77 participants across both regions. Awarded the 2021 President’s Award for Leadership (Outstanding Project Management). Strategy and business growth: UK representative on Abt’s global governance and adaptive management strategy team; contributor to Abt’s health and economic growth strategies. Contributed to all aspects of the proposal process, including as proposal manager for bids totalling £100M+.
