Matilda is responsible for Merchant / Advertiser Sales in the UK market and moreover an invaluable team player to further develop teams, sales initiatives, processes and structures to support all markets we operate in. She generates exceptionally high results thanks to her high levels of self discipline, drive and consultative sales approach. In her role Matilda aims at acquiring merchants from small to mid market and enterprise clients. Due to her experience, profound knowledge in e-commerce and her seniority she has the ability to close deals with enterprise merchants even under immature and difficult market conditions. Her engagement and long term relationship building with the merchants builds trust and makes her deliver results beyond expectations. As a result I promoted Matilda to become team leader for our more junior sales managers in markets outside of the UK. In that role Matilda took over full responsibility for the full sales cycle from research, prospecting, negotiating and closing with the support and as a leader for other team members. Matilda is there to make an impact: not only does she close at an exceptionally high rate, she also develops internal sales strategies and product roadmaps further in order to meet clients' needs and grow sales revenues even more.
