  At Avalon I gained valuable insight into television production, talent management and marketing. During my time with the factual production department I worked with a production manager and became competent with the online tool Trint when typing transcripts. Following this, I worked with a producer by helping draft freedom of information requests, also I assisted with research for a documentary she was producing. Finally, I worked with the casting team, using social media to find candidates for a reality television show. Whilst working with the talent management department I assisted with writing emails to different shows showcasing comedians that could be featured. I also worked with the Avalon live team contacting various venues gaining information for Avalon’s database. Finally I worked with the Marketing department creating content for an app they are developing. Show less
