  Review all related documents and approve Procedures before and after welding consisting of : code, standard, spec, ITP, Dimensional/Gouging Procedure, drawing, traceability material verification and identification including consumables, WPS, PQR and WQR. Witness, monitoring, verification and implementation of approved WPS consisting of Equipment/welding machine, Root gap, misalignment and offset for weld preparation. Witness and monitoring of the application of approved WPS during welding process consisting of applied consumables electrode, fluxes, shielding gases including welding parameters : voltage, travel speed, interpass temperature during weld overlay and clad. Visual inspection of the finished weld including verification for the testing implementation as required NDT.
