During these 5 months, I had the chance as Expediter/ Duty Manager to be in charge of many tasks and develop various skills : - Management of a floor and kitchen team - Develop the new dishes and be aware and responsible of knowing the food allergens in the kitchen - Training of the new employed - Stock management with the head chef.
