  I worked on the Trash Free Seas Alliance (TFSA), a collaborative space where industries, NGOs and academics cooperate to develop solutions to reduce the amount and impact of trash on the ocean. Project management and stakeholders’ engagement: - Developed and wrote the first Trash Free Seas sustainability report, including the creation of a methodology that illustrates the concrete value of TFSA partnership. - Lead the Metrics & Measurement project: measuring the Alliance’s progress toward OC’s goal of reducing marine plastic by 50% by 2025.- Worked with Nestlé, Ellen MacArthur Foundation, Coca Cola on the project SEA: gathering 30 organizations across the value chain, with governments and multilateral organizations to develop a methodology to collect and monitor data on plastic packaging flow.Operations:- Contributed to the “Trash Free Seas Alliance Membership Principles,” which is a framework to engage members in common efforts.- Participated in the evaluation of the members’ commitments and initiatives on marine debris based on the Membership Principles.- Worked with the TFSA team to advise members on their plastic packaging strategies. - Represented the Trash Free Seas Alliance at summits and conventions.International Coastal Cleanup- Contributed to the International Coastal Cleanup report- Organized and participated in cleanups
